Planning Your Wedding Photography

Planning a wedding comes with a lot of unknowns—especially when it comes to photography. You’ve seen the images and felt the emotion, but what does the experience actually feel like?

From our first conversation through the final delivery of your images, my goal is simple: to create a process that feels easy, natural, and completely centered around you—so you can stay present and enjoy every moment as it unfolds.

The First Conversation

We begin with a relaxed conversation—no pressure, no sales pitch.

This is where I learn about your day, what matters most to you, and how you want your wedding to feel. Every couple is different, and this is where your story starts to take shape.

Planning Your Timeline

Before your wedding, we take time to plan together.

I help you:

  • Build in time for meaningful, natural moments

  • Find the best light for portraits

  • Keep the day flowing smoothly and without stress

A well-planned timeline creates space for real moments to happen—without rushing through them.

The Wedding Day

On your wedding day, I take a calm and unobtrusive approach.

I’m always watching for:

  • Real emotion

  • Genuine connection

  • Beautiful light and clean backgrounds

When guidance is needed, I’ll gently direct you into the best light and setting so everything feels natural—never forced or overly posed.

After the Wedding

Once your wedding day is complete, the next step is careful editing.

Each image is refined for:

  • Light and tone

  • Color accuracy

  • Composition and detail

This is where your photographs are brought to life with consistency and care.

Your Final Gallery

Your images are delivered in a private online gallery.

You’ll receive:

  • A complete visual story of your wedding day

  • 75 – 100 carefully edited images per hour of coverage

  • High-resolution files with no watermarks

  • Easy options for sharing and professional printing

A Personal Approach

I personally photograph and edit every wedding.

From the first conversation through final delivery, you’re working directly with me not a large studio or rotating team. That consistency allows me to understand your vision and capture your day with intention.
